The Bubkas were enjoyed by all...the fillings were delicious as they "swirled through" the loaves, and yet the cake was "just right" and not too sweet. How wonderful that you have chosen an avocation for yourself that is tasteful, brings pleasure to others, and that is an "art". (CM)

Thank you so much for the over the top Challah last night! The only problem was that we should have ordered 2 or 3 Challahs, as there wasn't a delicious crumb left to bring home. The round Apple Challah made the 90th birthday celebration. (EK)

They loved them (bubkas, scones, challahs, Decadent Flourless Chocolate Torte). When I came home at the end of July, the order will be doubled. My dad says it tastes like from a bakery in New York; the ultimate compliment to Judy's Kitchen. (MP)
